It is not mandatory for NHS Professionals Bank Members to have a Trust ID swipe card. However, if you are working regular shifts in any location, you can ask the manager to arrange for you to have a Trust ID swipe card.
The following is required for all Nursing & Midwifery, Patient Support Services and Allied Health Professionals Bank Members who wish to work at Bolton.
Before you can work any shifts at Bolton, you are required to complete some Trust specific EPR and Patient Track online training. NHS Professionals will request an IT Network Account and log ins for the training platform for all new Bank Members.
Your log in details will be created by Trust IT. You will need to visit the local Client Services office located on the Ground Floor, Dowling House, Royal Bolton Hospital, Minerva Road, BL4 0JR to collect a letter containing your log in details. You do not need to book an appointment to collect this.

If you are visiting the NHS Professionals office, you will need to put Ground Floor, Dowling House, Royal Bolton Hospital, Minerva Road, BL4 0JR into your sat-nav. Once you arrive at the main hospital entrance, leave Bridge car park to your right-hand side. Continue straight until the traffic lights and turn right at the mini roundabout. Dowling house is at the bottom of the road on the right and there is a car park behind the building.
