This spotlight report uses innovative ‘persona’ research to give us greater insight into the role and motivations of Healthcare Support Workers and those who have been accepted onto the Healthcare Support Worker Development programme. Gathering deeper insight into these two groups helps us and the Trusts we work with to engage with our Bank Members in ways sensitive to their unique needs and motivations.
