How do I access the Skills for Health website? 
Open a web browser session and enter elearning.nsahealth.org.uk in the address bar.

 

What is my Skills for Health username?
You should have received an email from NHS Professionals containing your account username and password. The title of the email is “NHS Professionals Online Training – Action Required”. If you cannot locate the email you can be sent a reminder of your username by clicking on “Forgotten your username or password?”. If you are having difficulty receiving the reminder email you can contact NHS Professionals 24 hours a day 7 days a week on 0333 2407 552

 

What is my Skills for Health password?
You should have received an email from NHS Professionals containing your account username and password. The title of the email is “NHS Professionals Online Training – Action Required”. If you cannot locate the email you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgotten your username or password?” If you are having difficultly resetting your password, you can contact Skills for Health Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 on 0117 3256 500. Alternatively, can send an email to Skills for Health at elearning@nsahealth.org.uk.

 

How do I access my Skills for Health account?
Open a web browser session and enter elearning.nsahealth.org.uk in the address bar the Skills for Health login screen will appear. In the box titled “Returning to this website?” enter your username and password then click login.

My email address or other personal information on the Skills for Health website is incorrect
Send an email to NHS Professionals at SfHelearningqueries@NHSProfessionals.nhs.uk. In the email include your full name and a description of your query highlighting the incorrect information. You will receive a response from NHS Professionals within 5 working days.


Which topics do I have to complete to complete my training?

All topics need to be completed to satisfy the online training requirements. 

I don’t feel that the topics assigned to me are relevant for my role
Send an email to NHS Professionals at SfHelearningqueries@NHSProfessionals.nhs.uk. In the email include your full name and a description of your query highlighting the topics you feel are not suitable. You will receive a response from NHS Professionals within 5 working days.


I am having difficultly launching a topic

I have completed a topic but the website has not updated to show the topic is complete
Refresh your browser session to see if this updates the completion status. If refreshing your browser does not resolve the issue you can contact Skills for Health Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 on 0117 3256 500. Alternatively, can send an email to Skills for Health at elearning@nsahealth.org.uk


I have completed all the topics, what happens now?
Within 24 hours of completing your training your profile will be updated.
