Getting your message across in a succinct and impactful way takes careful preparation and requires a variety of communications techniques. This course has been designed to help presenters prepare content to engage, inform and influence audiences. This highly interactive and pragmatic course will help you to control your nerves and practice the key skills required in a successful presentation.

Anyone who has to present ideas, updates, information to a group of people. This may be in a face-to-face setting or though virtual channels like Zoom or Teams.

  • Preparing your material and creating presentation objectives
  • Structure and sign-posting your audience
  • Visual aids – images, not words
  • Question time – how do deal with questions during and after the presentation
  • Delivery – visual and vocal techniques to keep your audience’s interest
  • Practice sessions – delegates will receive feedback on mini presentations
