Action Learning Set Facilitator Training

Reg Revans defines action learning as “the upward communication of doubt” – an opportunity for individuals to engage in learning and identify action which could make a positive difference to the organisation's effectiveness. It involves groups of people working with an experienced facilitator to explore real problems faced by participants in their workplace.

The purpose of this training is to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to facilitate action learning sets safely and effectively within the workplace.

This will be achieved through a blended learning approach combining active participation in an action learning set, online learning, and reflection on their practice.
