About the G.E.M Awards

The G.E.M (Going the Extra Mile) Awards celebrate and reward individuals for their contributions to their patients, Trust and the NHS. We want to ensure that our Bank Members who have gone that extra mile are recognised for their unwavering dedication demonstrated in the last year.

If you have a colleague who comes to mind as a worthy winner, get ready to nominate them for this year’s awards once they open. Plus, with one winner per Trust receiving a £100 Amazon voucher, it’s the perfect way to say ‘thank you’ to these exceptional colleagues.
