Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Bank Member of the Month Award acknowledges the excellent contribution that Bank Members make to their local Trust and the wider NHS.

Each month, Bank Members who have received a nomination regarding their performance, via our new form, will receive a certificate from NHS Professionals to thank them for their hard work. Nominations can be submitted by a manager, colleague, or patients within the Trust.

The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will review all nominations submitted and will send out a certificate to all nominees. The top nominee from each Trust, as selected by NHSP, will then receive a certificate and pin badge. The top nominations will then be reviewed and the NHSP Marketing team will pick an overall winner. One winner will go on to receive a £100 Love2Shop Voucher, thank you card, certificate, and pin badge. To nominate, simply enter by completing the survey found here.

  1. This Bank Member of the Month Award is applicable to all NHS Professionals staff groups.
  2. To be in with a chance of winning a Bank Member of the Month Award, Bank Members must have received a nomination from a manager, colleague, or patient from within their Trust via the form here. The cut-off date to be included is the last day of the month.
  3. One overall winner will be selected per month. The winner will be selected on the second Tuesday of the month by the NHSP Marketing Team. The overall winner will receive a £100 Love2Shop digital voucher, thank you card, certificate, and pin badge.
  4. The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will select one top winner per Trust who will receive a certificate and pin badge.
  5. Every Bank Member that receives a nomination will receive a certificate
  6. The winner will be notified by the email listed on their My:Bank profile. The winners have the right to opt out of the Bank Member of the Month Award emails by informing NHS Professionals by email at: communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk.
  7. Our Bank Member of the Month Award will run from the first Day of the Month to the last day of the month between August 2025 to October 2025.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  9. It is the responsibility of the Bank Member to update their contact details ensuring the correct email and postal address is on their My:Bank.
  10. We may pass the nominator, nominees and quote details onto our client trust teams for further analysis and promotion in Trust.
  11. NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Bank Member of The Month Award draw/rules without notice and for any reason.
  12. The decision by NHS Professionals is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. NHS Professionals have the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

We are giving away 5 x £20 Love2shop e-vouchers at random to Bank Members who nominate a colleague for our August Bank Member of the Month Award. 

  1. All Bank Members who nominate a colleague for a Bank Member of the Month Award between Friday 1st August 2025 – Sunday 31st August 2025 at midnight will be automatically entered into our giveaway.
  2. This giveaway is applicable to all NHSP Bank Members who work bank shifts at one of our client NHS Trusts.
  3. 5 winners will be selected at random.
  4. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday  2nd September 2025 and will be conducted by the NHSP Marketing & Brand team who will randomly select 5 winners (randomizer software will be used for all eligible entries).
  5. Winners will be notified by the email listed on their entry. Winners have the right to opt out of the prize draw by informing NHS Professionals by email to: communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk

Agency migration pay incentive at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust - Terms and Conditions

NHS Professionals National Bank are working in partnership with Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust to migrate current agency nursing, midwifery and Theatre ODPs to the NHS Professionals National Bank. Any nursing, midwifery and Theatre ODPs currently working at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust via an agency who apply to join the NHS Professionals National Bank by midnight on 22nd August 2025 will receive an hourly rate uplift of 50p per hour for 6 months from their first shift working through the NHS Professionals National Bank. The first shift must have been worked by 30th September 2025 to qualify for the incentive.

  1. This pay incentive is applicable to all nursing, midwifery and Theatre ODPs currently working at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust via agency
  2. To qualify for the pay incentive, an application must have been submitted by midnight on 22nd August 2025 and the first shift worked by 30th September 2025
  3. Any application made after this date will still be accepted, but will not be eligible to receive the 50p per hour hourly rate pay incentive
  4. This pay incentive will be an increase of 50p per hour from your current hourly rate, paid by the agency that you currently work for at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust only
  5. The pay incentive is valid for 6 months from the date of your first shift with NHS Professionals. You will be informed of the date in which the pay incentive will finish once you have worked your first shift
  6. The pay incentive is applicable for shifts worked at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust only
  7. The pay incentive will form part of your hourly rate, and this rate will be communicated to you by the NHS Professionals National Bank team
  8. The pay increase will be applied to the current pay rate where workers are paid as PAYE employees. For umbrella and limited company workers, we will apply a calculation to be agreed with the Trust and worker
  9. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide the NHS Professionals National Bank team with proof of their correct, current basic hourly rate, paid by their agency for shifts worked at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, to ensure the pay incentive is applied correctly
  10. If for any reason the incorrect current hourly rate is provided by the applicant, the NHS Professionals National Bank team reserve the right to disqualify that applicant from receiving the pay incentive
  11. At the end of the pay incentive period you will be informed by the NHS Professionals National Bank team what your new hourly rate will be.
  12. NHS Professionals National Bank and Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust reserve the right to cancel or amend all of the pay incentive, or any part of the pay incentive without notice and for any reason

The Healthcare Support Development (HCSWD) programme incentive will launch on Monday 20th March 2024. This incentive will reward those on the HCSWD programme at different points on their journey to achieving their Care Certificate from Monday 20th March 2024 until stock runs out.

Trusts who currently run the HCSWD programme and have cohorts between the incentive dates will be eligible to take part. All assets will be sent from NHS Professionals to the Trust teams who will be responsible for presenting the assets to HCSWD programme candidates.

  1. The ‘incentive period’ for eligible members runs from 20th March 2024 until stock runs out.

  1. Trusts who run the HCSWD programme will be eligible to participate.

  1. This incentive is applicable to HCSWD programme candidates only.

  1. All assets will be sent directly to the on-site Trust teams to present to the HCSWD candidates at different stages in their training journey, not in bulk.

  1. Assets must be presented as soon as possible by the on-site Trust teams and must not be presented to any other Bank Members. The names of who the assets are for will be specified by the Marketing, or HCSWD On Placement Team Manager.

  1. Trust teams must provide images, and consent forms of them presenting these items as and when possible. All imagery must be provided to communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk, with signed consent forms.

  1. The assets which will be available to HCSWD candidates during this incentive are as follows: Welcome Card, Pen, and Tote Bag when candidates join the HCSWD programme, Water Flask and Well-Done Card presented when candidates successfully complete their Conflict Management Training (CMT), and a Graduation Pin and Pen when they have graduated from the programme. There are additional pin badges for Ward Managers who have supported candidates on the programme, these will be selected by the Trust Operations Manager.

  1. Assets presented are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

  1. If the stock runs low or runs out before the specified end of incentive date, the Marketing team will inform the Trust teams as soon as possible and close the incentive. No additional stock, or alternatives will be available.

  1. NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the incentive/rules without notice and for any reason.

  1. The decision by NHS Professionals is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. NHS Professionals have the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
