We are running a giveaway in our December 2025 Digest to giveaway 10 x £25 Amazon e vouchers.

1. To enter the giveaway, Bank Members will need to answer the question ‘What's been your highlight working at your local Trust in 2025?’ and include an image of themselves to accompany the quote.
2. This giveaway is in no way affiliated to any other company or Trust.
3. The giveaway is for 10 x £25 Amazon e vouchers only.
4. Entries are open to all UK residents working in participating NHS Trusts (excluding employees of NHS Professionals Head office); you need to be an NHSP Bank Member to enter.
5. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. The competition will start on Friday 19^th December 2025 at 9am and closes at midnight on Monday 29th December 2025. Entries before or after this date will not be counted.
7. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 30th December 2025 by the NHSP Marketing team using randomizer software.
8. Winners will be sent their Amazon e voucher directly by the email address listed on their My:Bank profile by Friday 23^rd January 2026.
9. Only one entry per person.
10. NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the prize draw/rules without notice and for any reason.
11. The decision by NHS Professionals is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If any of the winners cannot be contacted with the details supplied within 1 calendar week of being messaged, an alternative winner will be selected.

8. Winners will be contacted by email on Thursday 16^th December, to tell them they have won and to check the delivery address.
9. The hamper will be couriered to the 5 winners, for next day delivery, before Christmas, directly to the address listed on Staff Bank. NHSP cannot take responsibility for the correct address, nor any issues with the delivery of the hampers e.g. left in a safe place etc.

NHS Professionals will load a list of all the winners onto SharePoint for the participating Trusts by Friday 12^th December, to enable them to arrange a presentation of the prize to the winners on a convenient shift from Monday 15^th December 2025. Or the hamper will be delivery directly to the address listed on Staff Bank.

Thank you for nominating your colleagues for the G.E.M Awards. By making the nomination you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nominations will only be accepted for those that have met the award criteria within 2025 and fall into the following categories: 
   • NHSP Bank Members who have a My:Bank profile
   • Doctors Direct doctors who have a NHSP:Connect profile
   • Bank Members completing the HCSWD programme or doctors completing any Gateway for Doctors programme 
2. Nominations for the awards will close on Friday 19^th December 2025 at 23:59 GMT. Judging will take place between the 12^th – 28^th January 2026.
3. Winners will be announced by the relevant onsite NHS Professionals or Doctors Direct team who will be informed by email by 2^nd March 2026, and, in this email, we will ask for the postal/email address to which we will send the prize. NHS Professionals will not be liable for any loss of delivery.
4. Prizes will be dispatched and awarded before 6^th March 2026.
5. When a nomination is submitted, details of the nomination may be published, including the Trust name; other personal details will be anonymised.
6. There will be up to 1 winner per participating Client Trust. Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon e-voucher to celebrate their achievement over the past year.
7. NHS Professionals has the right to disqualify any nomination not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
