Nkosilathi Dube, a Healthcare Support Worker from Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, was a Bank Member of the Month Award winner for June.

Nkosilathi’s colleagues said: he is a hardworking, reliable and flexible member of the team who easily engages with patients. Nkosi changes the mood for the better and has even progressed to do other roles within the Trust.
