Bank Worker of the Month Awards
We’re excited to launch our very own virtual awards
called Bank Worker of the Month!
The awards which will focus on recognising exceptional bank service from
qualified and unqualified nursing staff, will be exclusive to fully registered
members of NHSP:Bank (those who have undertaken the full bank
registration process and who can work shifts at any of NHSPs client Trusts).
Winners will be nurses and care support workers who achieve excellent ratings
for shift fill and cancellation alongside performance scores as awarded by ward
managers, using our performance evaluation tool.
The performance evaluation tool, which is used by the majority of NHSP clients,
allows ward managers to record ratings for nurses and care support workers'
performance when releasing their timesheets.
Performance is rated against NHSPs core
values: caring, professional and reliable.
Three winners will be announced each month across each of the nursing staff
types; registered nurse, care support worker and specialist nurse/midwife.
These winners will each be presented with a certificate of recognition and
Thank You card from a member of NHSPs Executive team or Client Relations team.
Goodluck!
