How do I join the Bank?

There are a number of ways to join the bank:

Full Bank Membership

The Bank Only route applies to any applicant who is not permanently employed by an NHS Trust where we currently manage the bank or would like the flexibility of working in our other Trusts.

Substantive Bank Membership

The substantive route applies to any applicant who is currently employed at one of our partner NHS Trusts whose bank is managed by NHS Professionals and would like to pick up extra shifts through the bank at that Trust only.

Bank Exclusive Membership

Bank Exclusive is a fast track recruitment process for applicants who are known in a professional capacity to one of our Partner Trusts, allowing members to undertake shifts at the sponsoring Trust.
