Improvements to our shift booking system

 

As part of our commitment to providing you with guaranteed shifts, we have recently upgraded the shift booking system for shift requesters, so if another ward or department needs your support or on the rare occasion if your shift needs to be cancelled they can now easily reallocate you to another ward/department in the same location (subject to shift availability.)

 

How will we update you on any shifts modifications or cancellations?

We are changing the way we inform you of any shift modifications and cancellations.

You will now only receive a phone call from NHSP about any changes to your shifts if your shift is due to start within 48 hours.

However, you will still be informed of any shift modifications or shift cancellations via the notification section on My:Bank.

To avoid missing any important changes that have been made to your booking, please always check on My:Bank before the start of your scheduled bank shift.
