Meet Caroline Byrne

Caroline Byrne told us about her role as a Claims Administration Assistant at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust:

“My day-to-day responsibilities include dealing with litigation claims within the NHS collection of medical records, to send to consultants and solicitors. I also speak with health professionals and answer queries from the public and coroners.

I enjoy everything. Every day brings a new challenge, I thrive on that and meeting new people. I like working flexibly through NHS Professionals because I decide when I want to work. I have always found, from my first day signing on with NHS Professionals, that they are always there for me. I will never forget how Sharon Ross made everything effortless.”
