National Older Workers Week

 From Monday 20th November 2023  – Friday 24th November 2023, we will be celebrating National Older Workers Week across our Trusts and social media channels.

We have 27,657 Bank Members aged over 50 who have worked on the Bank in the last 6 months, and these Bank Members are a crucial and valuable part of our multi-generational workforce. Contributing a wealth of experience and knowledge to their teams and Trust, we are extremely lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled workforce. 

With Bank Members over 50 joining and working for NHS Professionals for a variety of reasons, we wanted to celebrate why some of our Bank Members continue to work on the Bank:
