Are you having difficulties getting access to training and system at your Trust?

Planning Shifts

Plan in advance for any shift

In the Clinical Governance team, the one area we get the most Bank Members feedback about, is training or system access.

Bank Members are either having a problem on a shift, or are not able to work shifts, as they have not completed the correct training, due to not having access to the correct electronic systems for the work they are doing.

Plan Ahead for a Perfect Shift

Before attending a shift on a new ward, with a new Trust, or your very first shift booked through NHS Professionals, please ensure you check you have completed all the necessary training and have access to the electronic systems you will need to use on the ward or at the Trust.

If you have a problem?

If you are having difficulties accessing training or patient records, please view our article here Do I have to complete training specific to a Trust or Client Service?

If you are still having problems, please email your local NHS Professionals Client Trust teams. All the contact details can be found here. Just click on your Trust name and the contact details are at the bottom of the page.

Why is this important?

Missing access or training may result in complaints or delays in patient care.

Not having the correct training or access could result in you being unable to work your shift, as you are not able to complete the duties that are required'.

Thank you for your help.
