National Older Workers Week

 For National Older Workers Week, running from November 20th - November 24th, NHS Professionals has partnered with WM People. WM People aims to showcase the benefits that workers over 50 contribute to the workforce.

NHS Professionals aims to highlight and celebrate our Bank Members who are over 50 and continue to work on the Bank throughout this period.

These Bank Members are a valuable part of our multi-generational workforce, contributing a wealth of experience and knowledge to their teams and Trust. 

Working tirelessly as a crucial part of this service, these 27,656 dedicated Bank Members have worked an incredible 669,726 shifts in the last year.

So, thank you to all our Bank Members who continue to make a difference to their patients, Trust and the NHS – we are truly grateful.
