Important information - automatic release of authorised timesheets

Automatic release of authorised timesheets

We have simplified the timesheet release process to ensure you receive payment for shifts worked in a timely manner and enable you to continue to receive any payments due if, for any reason, you are unable to log in to your My:Bank profile and release your timesheets.

Moving forward, any shifts that are authorised but not released will automatically be released on your behalf every Thursday.

The cut-off for you to manually release timesheets remains midnight on Sunday to be paid the following Friday. We still encourage you to proactively check your My:Bank profile and release available timesheets to ensure that you receive payment for shifts you have worked.

It is important that you regularly release your timesheets for payment, this ensures your holiday pay is accrued and that your National Insurance and tax contributions are correctly calculated for the hours you have worked, within the correct financial year. These changes are aligned with your registration agreement, which states 'you will be paid directly into your bank account a week in arrears. In order to ensure this happens you must submit an electronic weekly timesheet'.

For instructions on how to release your timesheets please visit our help and support article or you can find answers to our most frequently asked questions in relation to this email here.

Automatically releasing timesheets will ensure a smoother payment process for you, whilst eliminating the risk of you losing any paid annual leave accrued.
