Update: How we store your details is changing
Please note - this is an update only: there is no need for you to do anything.
We recently asked all you to log into My:Bank to update personal and contact details (Digest, May 2023). Thank you to everyone who has already done this – or who is planning to do it soon!
We will soon change the way that we store your personal data. This will allow us to work behind the scenes on exciting (but still under wraps) initiatives that you will see in the coming months.
Starting in July this year, we will store your data in a system called Salesforce. From your perspective, nothing will change – you will still log into all of our systems in the same way, from the same web pages and using the same username/passwords that you do today.

While nothing will change for you at this time, we wanted to let you know how we’re storing – and looking after – your personal information. We are very excited about all of the projects that we’re working on which will improve your experience of being part of the NHS Professionals community – please watch out for updates in future Digests!
