Our Going the Extra Mile (G.E.M) Awards are now open for nominations! Running between 10th November 2025 - 19th December 2025, there is plenty of time to nominate your NHS Professionals colleagues who have gone above and beyond in the last year.
About the G.E.M Awards
The G.E.M (Going the Extra Mile) Awards celebrate and reward individuals for their contributions to their patients, Trust and the wider NHS. We want to ensure that our Bank Members who have gone that extra mile are recognised for the unwavering dedication they have demonstrated in the last year.
If you have a colleague who you feel is a worthy winner, nominate them for our 2025 G.E.M Awards. Plus, with one winner per Trust receiving a £100 Amazon voucher, it’s the perfect way to say ‘thank you’ to these exceptional colleagues.
