Help & Support Platform

In September 2023, we launched our Help & Support platform. In just one month, our articles have been viewed over 100,000 times, providing information on a wide range of questions including DBS renewals, online training guidance and more!

This fantastic achievement is encouraging, as we continue our commitment to providing you a smarter, simpler, and faster service. Our mobile and web platform has several features to help you including three highlighted below: 

  • Related & Trending articles – A list of popular and connected articles, so you can learn more about the topic you are reading about.
  • Guided searches - When you use the top search bar, you’ll see up to 10 suggestions to guide your search. The most relevant suggestions will appear first, and you can access more options by scrolling.
  • More assistance – Web forms and Live Chat are just a few clicks away when you search with the “Need More Help?” bar. Our telephone lines remain available 24/7.

What’s next?

Our teams continue to monitor and implement improvements and so far, they have been able to develop 95% of user feedback into article updates. Our Customer Service teams are continuing to provide support to more complex queries and questions.
