Doctors Direct offer a tailored service to meet the specific needs of the locum market. Part of our service includes a dedicated team that are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to this we have local onsite teams supporting trusts and locums at each of our partner trusts.

• A bespoke IT platform that handles ordering, fulfilment and on boarding of temporary locum doctors
• Agency Migration capabilities to support partner trusts reduce agency costs and migrate supply away from high-cost agencies
• An ability to support multiple engagement types, including enabling a trust to directly engage with a worker from any source (bank or agency)
• Management information reporting
