Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAH) was driving a major digital transformation programme. To maintain project momentum, the Trust required rapid access to skilled IT professionals, while reducing heavy reliance on costly external agency providers.
NHS Professionals (NHSP) dedicated non-clinical delivery team partnered closely with the Trust to fully understand the mix of IT skills required for its digital roadmap. This sustained workforce pipeline enabled high quality service continuity, strengthened the Trust’s digital delivery capability and supported the successful progression of key transformation projects.
