Celebrate our recent Bank Member of the Month winners

In March we had an incredible 457 Bank Member of the month nominations. These nominations celebrated the Bank Members working across our Trusts who go above and beyond to make a difference to their patients, colleagues and Trust. 

Elaine was one of these Bank Members. A top Trust Winner at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, receiving a pin badge and certificate, Elaine was nominated by one of her colleagues who said: Elaine joined the bank with enthusiasm, consistently ensuring systems and procedures run efficiently while proactively suggesting improvements. Reliable, caring, and an excellent communicator who covers multiple sites, she is a true asset to the bank and thoroughly deserves recognition for her outstanding hard work. Thank you Elaine for all you do!

Similarly, Tanya from Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust was a nominee at her Trust, receiving a Bank Member of the Month certificate. Her colleagues said Tanya is a conscientious nurse who strongly advocates for both her patients and colleagues, consistently going above and beyond in her role. By regularly picking up Bank shifts within her team, she ensures continuity of care for patients on the caseload and truly deserves recognition for her dedication. Thank you Tanya for all you do.

From the first to the last day of each month, you can nominate your NHS Professionals Bank Member colleagues for a Bank Member of the Month Award. It’s your chance to shine a light on those who consistently make a difference at your Trust.
