Bank Member of the Month Award – 250+ nominations!

On 1st February 2026, we relaunched our Bank Member of the Month Award with even more opportunities for you and your NHS Professionals colleagues to be recognised and rewarded.

In less than 30 days, we received more than 250 nominations. It’s been fantastic to see so many Bank Members celebrated for their hard work, commitment, and the difference they make every day.

If you know a colleague who consistently goes above and beyond, why not nominate them for our March Bank Member of the Month Award.

Each month, we’ll select seven overall winners, who will receive: 

  • A £100 Love2Shop voucher 
  • A certificate 
  • A pin badge 

In addition: 

  • One top nominee at each Trust will receive a pin badge 
  • All nominees will receive a certificate 

And don’t forget, each month, every time you nominate a colleague, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of 5 x £20 Love2Shop vouchers.
