G.E.M (Going the Extra Mile) Awards 2025 /26 - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for nominating your colleagues for the G.E.M Awards. By making the nomination you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Nominations will only be accepted for those that have met the award criteria within 2025 and fall into the following categories:
- NHSP Bank Members who have a My:Bank profile
- Doctors Direct doctors who have a NHSP:Connect profile
- Bank Members completing the HCSWD programme or doctors completing any Gateway for Doctors programme
- Nominations for the awards will close on Friday 19th December 2025 at 23:59 GMT. Judging will take place between the 12th – 28th January 2026.
- Winners will be announced by the relevant onsite NHS Professionals or Doctors Direct team who will be informed by email by 2nd March 2026, and, in this email, we will ask for the postal/email address to which we will send the prize. NHS Professionals will not be liable for any loss of delivery.
- Prizes will be dispatched and awarded before 6th March 2026.
- When a nomination is submitted, details of the nomination may be published, including the Trust name; other personal details will be anonymised.
- There will be up to 1 winner per participating Client Trust. Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon e-voucher to celebrate their achievement over the past year.
- NHS Professionals has the right to disqualify any nomination not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
- If the product or any of the items are not available at the time of ordering, NHS Professionals reserve the right to replace with a similar product of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter is NHS Professionals. Registered office: Suites 1B, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ.
- The personal details that are supplied to NHS Professionals will be used only for the purpose of these awards and for marketing purposes by NHS Professionals and will not be passed onto any third party.
- These awards are covered by English law.
