Frequently Asked Questions

To allow workers to be deployed swiftly within 24 hours of registering, NHSP will not be issuing their standard identity badges therefore you will be asked to check the identity of the worker when they attend their shift. We also ask that you please ensure that they have the relevant induction at their first shift including standard fire safety.  You may also be required to provide them with a uniform.

All workers are booked through the Our:Bank portal and can be identified by a specific Pandemic Assignment Code.  Where applicable, we will be in contact with your roster team to set this up and will continue to keep you informed.   

We will work with you to ensure demand for these workers is visible. We encourage you to continue to authorise timesheets as quickly as possible so that the Rapid Response workers are paid in a timely manner.
