The Future is Flexible NHS Professionals at ConFed21

 

We believe that the future of the NHS workforce is flexible. It works for people, Trusts and patients – and at NHS Confederation Conference 2021, we explained more!

This year, NHS Professionals supported the conference as the official People Theme Partner. The event attracted thousands of visitors including senior leaders from across the NHS and health and social care sectors.  As part of the event, we took to a virtual stage to lead a conversation on the importance of a flexible workforce in the NHS, post pandemic.

Reflecting on the event, NHS Professionals CEO, Nicola McQueen, said:
