NHSP CEO Nicola McQueen recognised in the SIA Top 150 Women in Staffing list for a 6th successive year and the international 50 list
Nicola McQueen, NHS Professionals’ CEO, has been named as one of the top global 150 Women in Staffing by international firm, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).
The SIA Women In Staffing List is dedicated to seeing ‘more women earning seats at the table’ and ‘celebrating those women who continue to take [the staffing] industry forward’. Nicola first appeared in the prestigious international list in 2016 and has been NHS Professionals’ Chief Executive Officer since 2019. In October 2021, she was also recognised as one of the top 100 staffing leaders in Europe by SIA.
“I’m thrilled to receive this recognition, in the company of so many inspirational women leaders,” Nicola said.
“At NHS Professionals, my senior team is already led by a majority of women and I truly believe that equity between the sexes should non-negotiable throughout a modern staffing industry.
“We are working hard to ensure that all of our policies, procedures and practices uphold the rights and freedoms of women throughout the healthcare system and beyond. With staff coming to the UK from around the globe to deliver outstanding healthcare, I am passionate about using my position to advance visibility, and celebration, of women’s leadership wherever possible.”
Nicola has also been recognised in the SIA Staffing 100 Europe and International 50 lists.
