Introducing the NHS Professionals Customer Support Hub

From April 2026, the National Service Centre has become the Customer Support Hub. This change reflects the evolution of our service into a clearer, more efficient model that provides consistent, high-quality support for Bank Members, Client Trusts and colleagues across NHSP. The new name better represents the breadth of work delivered and the improved experience for all those who rely on it.
The aim is simple: to help our Bank Members effectively first time, reduce repeat contact and allow Trust-based colleagues to spend more of their time on value adding work within wards and departments. This focused approach also allows our Bank Members and Client Trusts to focus on what is really important - patient care.
