Bank Member Recognition Campaign

Throughout July and August, we are running a Bank Member Recognition Campaign, giving Client Services teams across our Trusts the opportunity to recognise Bank Members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

As a token of our appreciation, each winner will receive a Cadbury's chocolate box to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

We'd like to congratulate some of our winners so far. 

Tochukwu from Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was nominated by his local Trust team after quickly becoming a valued member of the workforce. Since joining NHSP through our Healthcare Support Worker Development Programme, he has consistently delivered compassionate care, supported wards when staffing levels are low and brought a positive attitude to every shift. 

Florence from East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust was recognised for her commitment and flexibility. Regularly picking up Rapid Response and Flexi Pool shifts, she is always willing to stay later, support different wards when needed and help ensure both patient and staff safety.
