How to get involved?

All you need to do is complete and submit Why you love the NHS? form between Monday 10^th February 2020 - Friday 28^th February 2020. NHS Professionals will select 20 winners, who we believe have the best stories.  This campaign is subject to  the following terms and conditions:

1. Entries can only be submitted via the form on the Share the Love webpage by NHSP bank members who have a My:Bank profile and are currently working within one of partner Trusts.  
2. Entries will close on Friday 28^th February 2020 at 23:59 GMT.
3. 20 winners will be selected on Tuesday 10^th March 2020 by 12:00PM by NHS Professionals.
4. When you share your story, anonymised details of the reasons you love the NHS may be published (including Trust name) unless you have given consent  to publish your name, in which case we might also use your name.
5. Winners will be notified by email and announced on social media within 7 days of the winners’ selection date.  In that email we will ask winners for the postal address to which we will send the prize. The prize will be sent by recorded delivery; NHS Professionals will not be liable for any loss during delivery.
6.  In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, by responding with their postal address, a new winner will be selected.
7.  The prize is a Lush pamper set worth £21.00. If for reasons beyond NHS Professionals’ control Lush pamper sets are not available, another prize will be purchased to the same value.
8.  Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9.  It is the responsibility of the bank member to update their contact details ensuring the correct email and postal address is on their My:Bank profile.
10. NHS Professionals reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this campaign, without notice. The decision of NHS Professionals is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. NHS Professionals has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by NHS Professionals.
12. We may contact you to gain consent to use any of your photos, videos or quotes for promotional activity related to your story, such as press releases, online articles and social media content.. We will ask for your permission to publish or share this content prior to publication.  You do not have to give your consent.
13. The Promoter is NHS Professionals Limited, with registered office at Suites 1A & 1B, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ.
14. This free prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
15. The personal details that are supplied to NHS Professionals will be used only for the purpose of this competition and for marketing purposes by NHS Professionals and will not be passed onto any third party.

NHS Professionals moderates the website, so your story, if selected, won’t appear immediately. It may not be published if it contains anything which might be misleading, illegal, offensive or libellous (saying untrue things about another person who can be identified).

Due to the high number of stories that are submitted to NHS Professionals, it is not possible to publish every single one. We will select stories that fit our criteria and suitable to share. We aim to read each story submitted.

All stories selected will be treated as a promotional piece of work for NHS Professionals. To stay safe online, we will not include any personal information such as your email address or phone number within our stories.

If you are one of the 20 chosen, we will contact you by email to request a photo to have alongside your story, and for a photographic consent for this to be completed. You do not have to give your consent. 

By submitting information to NHS Professionals, you grant NHS Professionals a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and otherwise exercise all copyright and other rights in that information at NHS Professionals’ sole discretion, including on NHS Professionals’ corporate website and by incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed.

If you do not wish to grant NHS Professionals these rights, it is suggested that you do not enter this competition.

NHS Professionals reserves the right to select and arrange submissions, and to remove information from the NHS Professionals’ website at any time, at its sole discretion.

No story from this site may be used, by you, for any purpose without express written authorisation from NHS Professionals. However you may post one story as a link to this site.
