Headshot of Nicola McQueen

On behalf of NHS Professionals, I’m delighted to welcome you to ConfedExpo 2025, one of the most anticipated events in the NHS calendar.

We remain focused on supporting NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations with workforce capacity, capability and productivity. But now, more than ever, we are working even hard to reduce external agency spend across the NHS, in line with our founding mission.

To support this, at ConfedExpo this year, we’re excited to be hosting two engaging panel sessions.

Our first expert-led discussion is centred around the key topic of reducing agency dependency. This interactive conversation will highlight the importance of investing in the right flexible staffing models, which can deliver even more value and efficiencies, all contributing toward a more sustainable workforce.

Our second panel will focus on another essential subject in the NHS: examining the root causes of rising locum costs. Featuring leading voices from across the medical sector, they will examine the barriers to change and showcase innovative workforce strategies already making an impact.

Over the two days, we're also excited to be previewing our cutting-edge workforce technology, which is set to revolutionise healthcare staffing. You can be among the first to see the new features and benefits that we are introducing to our customers, as part of our exciting transformation journey – simply ask our team on stand for more information.

With over 20 years of experience in providing award-winning workforce solutions, NHS Professionals is proud to stand alongside the NHS in building a stronger, fully staffed healthcare system for the future.

Whether you are a current client of ours, one of our valued Bank Members, or you are looking to learn more about how you could partner with us, I  invite you to visit us at our stand and meet the team.
