NSFT operate in urban and rural areas in many working environments, including learning disabilities, secure services, community and acute services for adults and older people, wellbeing services and drug and alcohol treatment. The Trust has inpatient facilities across Norfolk and Suffolk with smaller bases in rural locations.

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Health Care Assistant (HCA) and would you like the opportunity to pick up a longer-term placement or ad-hoc shifts at Norfolk and Suffolk? NHS Professionals could be the perfect solution for you.
We are looking for people with recent experience working in a Mental Health setting, that are enthusiastic and conscientious and do everything they can to provide the best to service users. We need people who display compassion, empathy and are sensitive in their approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner.
At Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust we provide mental health and learning disability services across two counties:
- Walker Close – Suffolk – LD Assessment & Treatment
- Woodlands – Suffolk – Avocet, Lark, Poppy and Willows Wards
- Wedgewood House – Suffolk – Abbeygate, Northgate & Southgate Wards
- Hellesdon – Norfolk – Glaven, Thurne, Waveney, Rollesby, Kingfisher, Whitligham and Yare Wards
In all roles, we offer a supportive team environment where you will develop your own knowledge of psychosocial interventions and positive health promotion, with first-hand experience of engaging service users within an inpatient setting.
