Midwifery Nursing Incentive

Attention Midwives!

Great news – the popular short-notice nursing incentive is now available to midwifery.

So what’s new? 

Incentive shifts will now be visible on the ward – you will be able to see these as they will have the RMF66 assignment code – these will attract the enhanced pay rate.

Enhanced pay rates:

• Days £25
• Nights/ Saturdays £31
• Sundays/ Bank Holidays £37

Full terms & conditions:

• Only shifts under the RMF66 code will be eligible for the enhanced rate.
• Shifts will be available a maximum of 72 hours prior to shift start time.
• You must have the core competency skills required to work within teams you are booking.
• By booking onto RMF66 shifts you are agreeing to work on the allocated ward/team, however you may be asked to move if required.
• Refusal or Cancellation would result in you being blocked from the incentive scheme.
• You must not cancel previously booked shifts to pick up the RMF66 shifts , in doing so you be blocked from the incentive Scheme.
