Admin & Clerical and Support Services

Where there is a requirement for temporary Admin & Clerical or Support Services staff, a Placement Request Form must be completed and sent to a&c@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk.

The request will be uploaded to our system and then acknowledged by a phone call within 72 hours. One of our Placement Officers will be in touch to discuss CV’s & interviews etc.

Ideally, we hope to fill the placement using staff from the NHSP bank. If there are no workers available on the bank, NHSP will source candidates from NHS Jobs and other job boards and may put forward candidates who are currently available and looking for work. They will be registered using via bank exclusive, the 72-hour registration process.

A face to face interview will then take place at the Trust with the manager and the candidate, if successful the candidate will be ready to start work within 3 to 5 working days.
