Verification Meetings at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust

We will be hosting a series of verification meetings for Trust bank doctors at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust over the coming weeks.

The team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and verify the documents needed for your application.

Once these documents have been verified your application can be completed and you should be on the Clarity system within 72 hours.

 

At this meeting the following documents will need to be provided:

• Right to Work Evidence (please refer to the document verification pack)
• 2 Separate Proof of Address (please refer to the document verification pack)
• Proof of NI number
• Passport photo – clear white background preferred – Or a photo can be taken at the verification meeting
• Valid life support certification – Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support or Paediatric Life Support – must be in date
• Completed online BE Application
• Biometric Residence Permit. Tier 2 requires Certificate of sponsorship if applicable
• CV

 

All documents must be original and cannot be printed from online accounts
