You can request a connection to NHS Professionals as your designated body providing you meet the below criteria:

• You have worked at least 1 shift through NHS Professionals via the NHSP: Connect platform (link) https://connect.nhsp.co.uk/login/login.html?redirecturl=%2f
• You are currently going through the recruitment process and are working towards becoming fully compliant
• You have completed the recruitment process and are fully compliant

You can connect using your GMC online account and searching NHS Professionals. Please be advised that connections requested at the application stage will not be accepted.

Appraisal & Revalidation: Once connected to NHS Professionals as your designated body, our Doctors Clinical Governance Team will be in touch with a welcome email and some paperwork required to look into, advise on and arrange your appraisal. Providing you are connected to us at the time of your revalidation, our dedicated team will be able to guide you through the process and advise what documents and information are required.

If you are working at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, or Oxford University Hospitals then please email holidaypay@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk to request holiday pay and remaining days leave.

If you are working at any other Trust, your holiday entitlement is included in your pay.

Please contact the Doctors Team/Consultant by calling 0333 014 3652 (08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday), or emailing doctorsjobs@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk, to inform them you are leaving and require your P45. They will inform the relevant department who will issue this once all pending shifts have been paid.
To view your P60 please download the SBS Pay App via App Store or Play Store and register using the email that you used to register with NHSP and ESR number. If you are unsure of which email you registered with or your ESR number, please contact the Doctors Team/Consultant by calling 0333 014 3652 (08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday), or emailing doctorsjobs@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk. Click on 'Pay', then click on P60s and you will find your P60 here. 
If you are working at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust or Oxford University Hospitals, then you can opt in to the NHSP stakeholder Pension which is Royal London.

If you are working at any other Trust, you will be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension.

You will need to claim your hours via the booking platform which will then need to be approved by the trust by 6 pm on a Wednesday. Payment will then be released the following Friday.
