Neonates Incentive

UHS are aware this is something you might have to attend in your own time, and that you are likely to have completed this training with a different provider, BUT it is still compulsory and you are required to complete again if you would like to work shifts through NHSP at UHS.

You will receive back pay for attending the NHSP induction when you book and work 3 shifts (long days or nights) within 3 months.

We can also offer you an Intensive Care Passport for your NHSP shifts; a document that allows you to evidence the intensive care skills you have undertaken and practiced whilst with us. This will be particularly useful in showing how you have continued to develop your practice, in areas that you may not be able to achieve within your own permanent place of employment. This will be a great document of evidence for use in area’s such as your revalidation, or annual appraisal.

We are pleased to announce that UHS have agreed to pay £200 to anyone that has completed their QIS training at UHS and obtained their certificate and joined NHSP as a Neonatal Nurse (with the code RN62). This bonus covers the NHSP requirement to attend 1 day induction training.

We are hoping that you will want to work at UHS in our high demand neonatal unit to further your experience. If you are interested in this incentive then please go to the NHSP website to register on the UHS bank.

One you have registered and been in with your documents your application will be live within 2 days you and you just need to wait for your name badge and uniform to be able to book shifts.
