Over 130,000 people are bank members with NHS Professionals right now. We form the largest NHS staff bank in the country, supporting over 50 NHS Trusts to reduce staff shortages and deliver world-class healthcare.

NHSP bank members are:

  • Vital to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Qualified in their fields
  • Passionate about being a part of the NHS and what it stands for
  • Experienced with often very long careers behind them

“After a 44-year full time NHS career it is now nice to work as much or as little as I want. This enables me to still feel my skills are valuable whilst allowing me to enjoy some retirement leisure time."
Leigh
Northern Devon Healthcare

“As a newly qualified nurse working with NHSP has given me easy access to areas of work that can extend my skill set, increase my confidence and knowledge base.”
Robert
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

“As a student nurse as well as a flexible worker, it has allowed me to be able to juggle university life, which is stressful in itself, with working and earning a living to allow me a work-life balance I strive for."
Emily
Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust

We know how hard our bank members work, day in day out to support NHS Trusts and the staff that work there, to deliver the vital services and world class patient care that the NHS is known for.

Because of their dedication, compassion and flexibility, in ensuring the NHS’s aims can be achieved, we want to recognise those bank members that go the extra mile, but we need your help!
