Our Bank – Nursing, Midwifery, and Healthcare Assistants

Supplying skilled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCA or HCSW) to our client NHS Trusts is essential in continuing to provide excellent patient care, especially during this time.

We are regularly recruiting for nursing, midwifery, and healthcare assistant jobs in the NHS. From students and Registered Nurses and Midwives, to highly specialised roles, grades, and specialities, we can help develop your NHS career.

We are looking for people to join the NHSP staff bank who maintain the values and a passion for care, following the six enduring values and behaviours that underpin ‘compassion in practice’ - the national vision and strategy for nursing, midwifery and healthcare staff:

  • Commitment to quality of care
  • Respect and dignity
  • Improving lives
  • Working together for patients
  • Compassion
  • Everyone counts

Working through the NHSP bank as a Nurse, Midwife, or Healthcare Assistant, means NHS Trusts do not have to rely on expensive agencies to fill staffing gaps.

Right now, we have over 130,000 members registered on our bank of all roles, grades, and specialities working together to help save the NHS over £70 million each year. This money can then reinvested back into the NHS.

Polly Simpson, one of our fantastic bank members shares her experience and talks about how working through the bank has made a real difference to her.
