Applicants joining the Bank at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust via Auto-Registration will be required to produce their RTW documents and then call the local team to arrange an appointment to have the documents verified. The Winter Incentive at North Devon District Hospital

What are the changes?

Increase in the Hourly Rate for Short Notice Shifts.

Incentive shifts are now available to the following Staff groups:

  • Community Nurses - incentive code RNT102
  • Paediatric/Neonatal Nurses – incentive code RRN60
  • Midwives – incentive code RMF66

These codes will be added to your NHSP profile, shifts will be available in your area subject to demand.

For General Nurse RNT00 and Nurse Associates NAT00 as well as shifts being available on the wards, early and late split shift times will also still be available on Luxton Incentive Ward at the enhanced rate – giving you more flexibility on your working pattern!

  • RN Incentive Days = £21 per hour
  • RN Incentive Nights/Saturdays = £26 per hour
  • RN Incentive Sundays/Bank Holidays = £31 per hour
  • RM Incentive Days = £25 per hour
  • RM Incentive Nights/Saturdays = £31 per hour
  • RM Incentive Sundays/Bank Holidays = £37 per hour
  • Nursing Associate Incentive Days = £19 per hour
  • Nursing Associate Incentive Nights/Saturdays = £22 per hour
  • Nursing Associate Incentive Sundays/Bank Holidays = £26 per hour

Only shifts under the incentive codes will be eligible for the enhanced rate of pay.

Shifts will be available a maximum of 72 hours prior to shift start time.

By booking an incentive shift you are agreeing to work on the allocated ward, however you may be asked to move if required.

You must have the core competency skills required to work within teams you are booking.

Refusal or cancellation would result in you being blocked from the incentive scheme.

You must not cancel previously booked shifts to pick up an incentive shifts, in doing so you will be blocked from the incentive Scheme

Winter incentive scheme for Care Support Workers at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust.

What are the changes?

  • Saturdays are now included
  • Higher hourly rate

We are delighted to announce that the current CSW incentive will be continuing this winter with higher hourly rates and shifts available on ‘Luxton Incentive Shifts’ up 5 days in advance, giving you more notice to plan and book your shifts.

Earn a higher hourly rate for Shifts booked on ‘Luxton Incentive Shifts’ ward:

  • Care Support Worker Incentive days = £15 per hour
  • Care Support Worker Incentive nights/Saturdays = £20 per hour

Terms and conditions apply:

  • Only shifts under the CWT00 code will be eligible for the enhanced rate.
  • This code will be added to your profile.
  • Applicable shifts will be Monday-Saturday for days and nights – Sunday rate remains on normal rates.
  • Shifts will be available a maximum of 5 days prior to shift start time.
  • By booking onto CWT00 shifts you are agreeing to work on all wards.
  • Refusal or cancellation of your incentive shift would result in you being blocked from the incentive scheme.
  • You must not cancel previously booked CSW00 shifts to pick up the CWT00 shifts, in doing so you will be blocked from the incentive scheme.
