North Devon bank works in partnership with NHS Professionals (NHSP) to recruit bank staff. When you join the NHSP you are subject to its terms and conditions, but you’ll have access to some fantastic perks. This includes our newest perk which is the bankshare, allowing you to work bank shifts across Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, Livewell Southwest & University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.

The NHSP Incentive at North Devon District Hospital is still ongoing and available!

 

What are the changes?

  • Incentive shifts will now be visible to Nursing Associates as well – you will be able to see these as they will have an NAT00 assignment code. (This code will be added to your NHSP profile)
  • As well as shifts being available on the wards, Early and Late split shift times will also still be available on Luxton Incentive Ward at the enhanced rate – giving you more flexibility on your working pattern!
    • RN Incentive Days = £20 per hour
    • RN Incentive Nights/Saturdays = £25 per hour
    • RN Incentive Sundays/Bank Holidays = £30 per hour
    • Nursing Associate Incentive Days = £18 per hour
    • Nursing Associate Incentive Nights/Saturdays = £21 per hour
    • Nursing Associate Incentive Sundays/Bank Holidays = £25 per hour

Full terms & conditions:

  • Only shifts under the RNT or NAT code will be eligible for the enhanced rate of pay.
  • Shifts will be available a maximum of 72 hours prior to shift start time.
  • You must have the core competency skills of IV’S and drug administration.
  • By booking onto RNT or NAT shifts you are agreeing to work on the allocated ward, however you may be asked to move if required.
  • Refusal or Cancellation would result in you being blocked from the incentive scheme.
  • You must not cancel previously booked shifts to pick up the RNT or NAT shifts , in doing so you will be blocked from the incentive Scheme.

 

Ongoing Incentive scheme for Care Support Workers at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust.

We are delighted to announce that the current CSW incentive will be continuing into February and March, with the same higher hourly rate available for CSW shifts worked through NHSP at Northern Devon. Shifts will also now be available up to 5 days in advance, rather than 72 hours, giving you more notice to plan and book your shifts.


Earn a higher hourly rate for Shifts booked on ‘Luxton Incentive Shifts’ ward

  • Days = £13.00 per hour (an increase from £9.89)
  • Weeknights = £18.00 per hour (an increase from £13.94)

Terms and Conditions Apply:


(Only shifts under the CWT00 code will be eligible for the enhanced rate).This code will be added to your profile.
• Applicable shifts will be Monday-Friday for Days and Nights – weekend shifts remain on normal rates
• Rates: Day £13.00, Night £18.00
• Shifts will be available a maximum of 5 days prior to shift start time.
• By booking onto CWT00 shifts you are agreeing to work on all wards.
• Refusal or Cancellation of your incentive shift would result in you being blocked from the incentive scheme.
• You must not cancel previously booked CSW00 shifts to pick up the CWT00 shifts, in doing so you will be blocked from the incentive scheme.
