We have flexible Bank shifts and long-term placement opportunities to fit individual lifestyle and circumstances, available for Staff Nurses at the award winning, CQC ‘Good’ rated Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS Foundation Trusts.

The MSK Directorate have a rich tradition of developing their staff, where they strive to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and encourage their staff to innovate and adopt ‘best practice’ in order to deliver the highest standard of care to their patients.  They are nationally recognised for delivering high quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes delivered by specialist teams (including surgeons with international reputations).

Michelle Rhodes

"I’ve had experience in orthopaedics previously and I feel practice has come on immensely from what I remembered. The team are a very good nursing team - they really care about their work at all levels, are very organised and come to together every morning to plan the day.

The bank really suits me as it is a very mature way of working - you are responsible for managing your own hours which allows me to have flexibility which is very
important to me as I care for a disabled family member.
