Terms and conditions:

• Only applicable to all Nursing and Midwiferycodes at Barnsley Hospital. – please see below schedule for Substantive and Bank Only.
• The incentive is applicable to all shifts (nights, late, early, long day)
• You will receive a £150or £200(Depending on your contract) via BACS payment – see below schedule of payments.
• The incentive involves you working a minimum number of hours during a set four week period.( see schedule below)
• The incentive is applicable to all locations/wards at Barnsley Hospital.
• The date you will receive your payment will depend on the period you work, please view payment schedule below.
• The incentive will run over four 4-week periods incentives to run between 12 November 2018and 3 March 2019
• Bonus payments are subject to tax and National insurance
