Trust Staff – Work 46 Hours (equivalent to 4 long shifts) on the bank in a 3-month period to earn £250

Bank Only/Bank Exclusive - work 138 Hours (equivalent to 12 long shifts) on the bank in a 3-month period to earn £250

 

AS A BAND 2, 4, 5 OR 6 NURSE, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, PHYSIOTHERAPIST, OR MIDWIFE ON THE TRUST BANK YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR THE INCENTIVE.

 

This Incentive does not apply to Theatre staff who have a separate arrangement.

 

This offer runs from the 1st December 2020 to the 28th February 2021 providing staff meet the below criteria.

 

T&C’s Apply

 

Hours for substantive staff (full & part time) are capped at 46 hours per calendar month whereas BO/BE can receive multiple rewards in the same calendar month

You must have worked any hours owing to the Trust prior to booking any bank shifts

• Payment will be processed as per your engagement status on NHSP

Once booked and confirmed shifts must not be cancelled including any booked/cancelled prior to the incentive on the system by you. (*Definition of a cancellation – Definition of a cancellation – once booked into a shift you must not take yourself out even to book onto another shift or ward. Cancelling for sickness, personal reasons or alternative employment is included as a cancellation)

Any cancellations processed with reason of Self Isolation will not impact receipt of the incentive

If the Ward cancel you then please ensure that they remove you from the shift so that this does not appear as a cancellation against you.

No performance issues recorded. Staff must have a “no sickness record” during the period of additional shifts worked – both in their Trust post and their bank shifts.

 

The Incentive will be paid Monthly on the below dates, dependent on shifts that meet the criteria being released weekly:
