NHSP Service Concerns
If you have concerns about the National Service Centre
please ask to speak to the supervisor/team leader first. This person will try
to resolve your concerns immediately. If the concern cannot be resolved to your
satisfaction, then please ask to speak to the manager of the National Service
Alternatively, you can inform NHS Professionals by
submitting a web based electronic feedback form.
If you have concerns about any other aspect of NHS
Professionals services or staff, please raise these as soon as possible with
the relevant supervisor or manager who will try to resolve the matter with
you. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction please inform NHS
Professionals by submitting a web based electronic feedback form.
NHS Professionals will accept a complaint about an aspect of
service on a web based feedback form within six months. If a complaint is
submitted after this time NHS Professionals may not be able to accept or
investigate the complaint.
All forms received will be acknowledged electronically or in
writing within two days of receipt and should be responded to by the
appropriate NHS Professionals department within 25 working days.
