If you already hold a substantive post at one of our client Trusts, you can work extra shifts by joining the bank through our substantive route, giving you access to flexible hours at the Trust where you are currently employed.
*Valid or Expired UK/EAA Passport

Valid Passport (Non EAA) AND Valid Visa
Valid UK Biometric Residence Permit
Joining the bank as a substantive member is simple;
1. Complete an online substantive application form making sure you provide your proof of Right to Work* documents
2. Your line manager will then receive a notification for your application to join the Bank
3. You will receive an email notification when your line manager has approved your application
4. Meet with your local NHSP Trust Liaison Coordinator taking all relevant documents with you
Once you have been verified by the local NHSP team you can start work the next day!
Examples of Right to Work documents:
Your Visa must be in a valid Passport (unless leave was granted as a family member of an EAA national or EAA derivative). This includes holders of Indefinite Leave to Remain
If you have a student Visa, you need to provide both documents (a) and (b) from your school, college or university:
(a) A letter confirming that you are a student and details of the course you are attending.
(b) A copy of your term dates so that we can confirm your study period.
If you have a Tier 2 Visa you will need to provide a copy of your statement of Certificate of Sponsorship. You can get this from your sponsor.
A full birth/adoption certificate issued in the UK or Channel Islands AND document from a government agency or previous employer which includes your name and NI number (this could be your Trust payslip)
A full birth certificate contains details of at least one of your parents.
