Accessing NHSP Services – BT N3 outage
We are aware that some Trusts may be experiencing issues accessing the NHS Professionals online booking system.
This has been thoroughly investigated and is due to a national BT fault affecting the NHS N3 network.
Until BT resolve this issue, it should be possible to access services such as Our:Bank via mobile devices.
There are currently no service issues directly related to NHS Professionals but we will continue to monitor services and will update you as soon as the BT issue is resolved.
