I have completed my training and still can't book shifts.
There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to book shifts.
Your training has expired
The first thing to check is that your online training has not expired.
Your online and practical training have individual expiry dates. You can view your online training expiry dates on Learnspace.
Your practical training will be valid for two years from the date you attended the course.
Other tasks are outstanding
You may have other compliance tasks such as DBS or Occupational Health that need completing.
If you are a Bank Exclusive applicant, you’ll be given a deadline to complete your onboarding actions. If you have not completed these, you’ll be stopped from booking shifts. To avoid this, please complete all actions by the deadline provided.
If you are a Bank Only applicant, all your tasks need to be completed before you can book shifts.
Your account is being set up
Bank Only applicants may receive an automated email with their log in details. This will allow you to log into My:Bank and view available shifts.
This email is sent as soon as your application is completed. Your account still needs to be created and the relevant details transferred over, such as training.
Once this has been set up, you will receive your welcome pack and be able to book shifts.
