Mandatory and Statutory training is a legal, framework requirement that exists to ensure your safety and suitability to work, so we're unable to allow you to work shifts before you have completed all required training.
The online training modules are set depending on the role you have applied for.
NHS Professionals use NHS England’s Core Skills Framework to mirror the training that you would be required to complete if being employed by the NHS. All modules are assigned in line with this and your assignment code(s).
We want our Bank Members to feel empowered and knowledgeable. A module you feel is not relevant can be useful in an emergency or unpredictable situation.
