How do I book practical training?
You can book practical training via our booking portal by clicking here, for the best experience we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.
Navigate to the top right of the screen and click ‘Sign in’. You can then login to the booking portal using your JoinBank login details. If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password’ and you will receive an email to reset this. Remember to check your junk inbox.
You will need to attend the correct course so take extra care when booking. If you have a mental health assignment code, the '2-day mandatory training day for Mental Health Workers' course is required. All other clinical assignment codes need 'NHSP Mandatory Training - Acute'.
