We are recruiting for a number of administrator roles in two of our departments at our head office
- Occupational Health.
We offer successful candidates flexible days and hours as we are 24 hour / 7 days a week service; candidates will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
The positions will involve:
- acting as an initial point of contact for our customers, answering queries, screening and checking documents
- data entry and ensuring databases are kept up to date
- chase missing information and ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
You will have experience of working in an administration role, good standard of IT user knowledge as well as excellent written and spoken English.

We offer very competitive terms and conditions. These temporary positions could be extended or lead to permanent positions.
